Recorded: October 30, 2024, 3PM This 90-minute workshop is designed specifically for management and administrative level staff of Enough is Enough (EIE) grantee programs. Participants will review the grant workplan to clearly understand the expectations of EiE funded programs and to strategize how to support staff in accomplishing the workplan deliverables. Additionally, the workshop will cover the role of the Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Center; the role of the New York State Office for the Prevention of Domestic Violence (OPDV) as the program funder; and the overall goals of the Enough is Enough Program. By the end of the session, participants will have tools to better align their supervisory practices with the EIE grant requirements. As a result of this session, participants will be better able to:
Implement strategies for managing staff to meet the deliverables outlined in the EIE grant workplan and submit grant reports.
Navigate the resources and support provided by the TTA Center for both EIE Providers and managers, and know how to get in contact with the TTA Center based on region
Apply best practices in supervision to ensure compliance, staff effectiveness, and successful program outcomes under the Enough is Enough program.

Through their own voices and images, this Passing It Forward project links the personal stories of LGBTQ+ elders of color --those around 50 years old and above-- to the political and social movements they are connected to. The collection consists of 150 interviews with LGBTQ+ elders of color, conducted by interviewers of around college age. These intergenerational conversations allow this growing and important population to reflect on their life and wisdom. By doing so, this project provides a venue to allow these individuals to educate and inspire.
